All isomer. Fragrance (100mL) purchased from isomerhq.com are considered final sale.
Once your order is placed we cannot make product changes. We do not offer exchanges for selecting the wrong scent. For sanitary reasons, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges.
damaged goods
If the product shows a manufacturers defect or broke during the shipping process. Please email isomerhq@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, unboxing video and photos of the damaged items. We’re happy to replace damaged or broken items. You may not sell or resell any of the products you receive from us.
